Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using:

  • Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express): We will process payment when your items are available for dispatch. 
  • Paypal: We will process payment immediately, even when items are out of stock.

Due to credit card fraud, we can only deliver goods to the registered card holder’s address.

Billing Information
Please ensure your billing information matches the details on your payment method. Any discrepancies may result in delays processing your order.

Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Free for all orders over £50. £7.95 charge applies for under £50. Delivery within 3 working days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order’s progress on our delivery partner’s website.


Delivery Terms

Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Standard deliveries typically take 3 working days, while express and next day deliveries are quicker.

Missed Deliveries
If you’re not able to receive your delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or collect your order from a local depot.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange for replacements or refunds as necessary.

International Shipping
At this time, we only deliver within the mainland United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the future.


Back Orders

Processing Back Orders
Sometimes, high demand can lead to certain items being temporarily out of stock. If an item you’ve ordered is on backorder, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with an estimated restock date.

Payment for Back Orders
Payment for back-ordered items will be taken at the time of order placement to secure your place in the queue. If at any time you wish to cancel your back order, please contact our customer service team for a full refund.

Shipping Back Orders
Once the back-ordered item is back in stock, we’ll process and ship it to you immediately. You’ll receive an email notification once your item has been dispatched, including a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
