Dragon Well, also known as Long Jing, is a type of traditional Chinese green tea that comes from Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province. It has an elegant sword-shaped green and yellow leaf and is dry pan-fried, which gives it an enticing chestnut aroma. When brewed, it has a refreshingly smooth taste with a subtle sweetness. The tea has a full-bodied complex mouthfeel and delicate flavours of citrus and nuts, with sweet undertones.
